Customer care - Mondo

Portia has been very helpful in sorting out an upgrade with Mondo. Where I've been battling since last year November with other agents. Portia has taken the initiative to take it further and in her capacity help me get the problem resolved. She hasn't given me a run around like the other agents I have spoken to but stepped up and escalated the issue to get it sorted.
