Dear Reuben - thank you for the great customer service i received from you on Thursday, 8 July 2021. After speaking to probably 4 different consultants over a period of two weeks, trying to cancel an upgrade, Reuben was the only consultant who took the time to listen to my story and assisted me with the most utmost professionalism.
