Mondo is an external sales company I app**** for a phone with MTN consultant called and enquire about the phone advise that I qualify for an iPhone 7 continued with application consultant took all of my details even my banking details congratulating me for my approval and that my phone will be delivered in the next 3-10 working days a week later no communication I called rewardsco they advised that my application is in processed he will do a follow up in regards to delivery it wont be later the Tuesday he will callback in regards to delivery I said ohkay I get the message the very same day from MTN advising that I have been declined , please explain how can you be approved one minute and declined the next minute when I was told a few weeks ago I have been approved and not provisionally it stated I have been approved congratulations and I was chatting to a consultant today advising that I have been declined and that matter has been escalated why did you approve me in the first place take all my details eg banking and then give me you have been declined CPA what you say to a client needs to happen I have been approved where is my phone ??
