Contract **** by MTN

Please don't fall a victim of Mondo and MTN. They will tell you that when you enter into a contract with them you have 14 days to cancel the contract when you are not happy but when you sent a request to cancel the contract within that 14 days no one will attend you. All they will tell you is to return the item to MTN store that you are canceling contract for then gives you a reference number. You will left with that reference number when comes a debit order date they will deduct money from your bank account. If you phone MTN they will refer you to Mondo and Mondo will refer you to MTN.

All I can say they are latest ******** . In fact most companies in SA are ********. Never trust MTN when it comes to canceling a contract.
