Contract reversal

Bhavisha from Mondo customer care assisted me with the reversal of a contract that was sold to me telephonically. The new contract was still in its "cooling off period". She was very helpful. Now to see if the contract is actually going to be reversed without a fight. Its been almost 2 weeks now and it has not been done yet ... Now we wait... Please don't disappoint me Mondo
