Contract not cancelled

Hi, on top of the numerous complaints I have had, even though I was told I could cancel this contract within 7 days and did cancel it with reference 54555 and the devise has been collected from me, I am still being charged by Vodacom.<br> So I have no devise to use but am paying for it when it was supposed to have been cancelled on 19 March 2015.<br> Absolutely Ridiculous!
