Contract **********ly upgraded without my permission
Caroline Pillay upgraded my contract without my permission and went on to load a Debi check on to my account which I declined. I told them I wanted an IPhone 14 Promax which the said was out of stock and I'm willing to wait. On the same day I receive messages thanking me for my upgrade. I called the numerous time, all they say is a call has been logged to reverse this ********** upgrade, its been 3days without any communication. I'm very furious as to how did I even end up with Mondo as I know my contract to be with Mtn.
