Contract cancellation

Recently, I took a contract with Mondo (MTN) and the lady had offered me a R29 contract but when I received the contract it said I had to pay R89 rands. I immediately sent an email to MTN, and they forwarded my case to Mondo but for some time I never received any feedback for some time, until I received calls from CSS. I wrote an email to Mondo again and they gave called and told me that they were logging an investigation. Today Terry Nkabinde called me to tell me that they have completed that investigation and they have escalated the contracts for cancellation to MTN. I'm am greatfull for that finally the nightmare is now over.Even though it came to my surprise that there were two contracts under my name.
