I app**** for a contract phone & I gave clear instructions to the sales lady that I will be traveling so if the phone can be delivered last week. The DSV guys didn't arrive on the agreed day because I was told he was involved in a car accident. Then they said they will deliver after hours mind u I had taken a day off just to avail myself for the delivery as I was told that I personally need to sign for the phone. Great I then waited & waited till to this day no communication what so ever from Mtn mondo or DSV. I then went to the MTN store on Saturday to get a phone then everything was successful. Now I have to cancel the one that was supposed to be delivered from Mondo I am struggling to cancel the contract I am not getting assists.
