Contract Breaking Mondo

Absolutely useless,

Upgraded my mtn contract on 21 of November with Mondo, Mondo decided to cancel the contract and claims it is due to "system issues" after canceling my contract they did not inform me of the cancellation and simply just did not deliver.

They refuse to give you a copy of the calls they record for contractual purposes and then decide that they will not honour contracts agreed to.

Plainly said Mondo is a company without any morals or a sense of right and wrong and do not respect their clients or the rule of law.

You can phone them all you want and they will apologise for the inconvenience and promise another person will phone you later which then dont.

As far as possible avoid Mondo and MTN!!

When phoning your help desk personnel is rude and blames MTN and unable to answer a simple question.

Surly you will not applicably promise to escalate a query and then still ignore a client?
