concerning a fone contract

I purchased a contract by shireen on the 9th of september2015.She assured me that they didnt have the fone in stock and that they had ordered it and it was still on back order.I have been waiting since then for the fone to get delivered to me.teron contacted me weeks later and made me a better offer,i am grateful for his excellent service..
