Complements to Mono for excellent customer service

Thank you Mondo - I think the lady's name was Nwabisa- she truly assist me with so little effort - I have struggled for a month with MTN to sort out the error they have created - it was such an inconvenience and a waste of time and money going to MTN stores. But thanks to Mono - you have sorted my problem in a couple of minutes. Your calm voice and knowledgeable information its really infectious and kept me calm although I was very frustrated with the service of MTN. Thank you yet again!!
