Complement to Sherwin

I called in this morning after I was very exasperated with the delivery of the product I accepted. A gentleman by the name of Sherwin called answered.he could hear by the tone of my voice that I was very upset. I explained what was promised to me at the beginning of the month and that although the admin fees went off on the 8 September I was still waiting for my product. He immediately assisted me and with in 25 minutes I received my package after waiting for almost two week. Well done Sherwin you really changed my mindset as well as my mood.
