Complaint

A rep called me regarding a contract i had wanted to take up and said i will get a confirmation email but i got nothing only an Sms saying welcome to the Family..with a link long story short i clicked on the link and i was requested to put my email address so i can get the Policy documents then boom i see on the email My address is incorrect,my Email also🚮🚮🚮 which explains why i did not receive it and now it says there is a funeral policy of which i know nothing about and to be honest i just feel like canceling the whole thing now im not happy that i was signed up for a Life cover i do not know about just to close a sale and left out information so if that is the case cancel everything
