Circus full of clowns

Scary, useless, dishonest. So they phone me saying I can upgrade, the 1st / 2nd December 2020. Told me 5 to 7 days. Well nothing and to day is 9 days later excluding the holiday. Phone them, they do not have stock but that the day they phoned they had stock clowns. I requested a cancellation. I am waiting for the cancelation letter. Today confirming it.
