Cheated with my upgrade

I was cheated, I cannot suggest otherwise, by this company with my MTN upgrade. They phoned me and promised me a free Galaxy 6 watch and Samsung ear buds, all for free with my upgrade. After many calls and considerations and investigations (except I should have checked Hellopeter) I decided to take the upgrade offered by them. The delivery came without the ear buds. After huge struggles and many hours and calls they confirmed to me that the sales rep did promised me the ear buss for free and that that was a mistake, she should not have. After many more calls and hours, they every time promise to phone me back but to no avail, they offered me a credit on my account so I can buy my own ear butts. As I have wasted so much time I agreed to it. I waited for my invoice at the end of the month only to see that there was no credit on my account. AND on top of that there was now a monthly deduction for the Galaxy watch of R190!! I can only conclude that this whole company is build on *******s and ****** as it does not matter if you talk to Naledi, David, Michelle or Bilkis Cassim, they sell you promotions that has expired weeks/months ago or they lie or they promise you actions that they have no inclination to keep!! It is not only one bad apple in the call centre, it is all of them, so it must be the standard working procedure. Just get the sale done, and then frustrate the client so much that he would in the end just give up...
