Change of delivery address

I was greatly delighted to be able to speak to Shaista about changing my delivery address. I was worried that the change of address would be a tiresome dealing with a person that is going to be rude. But no!!! <br> <br> Shaista was so helpful, I explain my problem to her and with in seconds everything that needed to be change was done and when I put the phone down I was actually smiling. Shaista was friendly the whole time and so efficient. <br> <br> I wish there were more people at a contact center with her special qualities.
