Certisfied and greatful customer

I had a query with Mondo regarding my contract and I’m glad to say that they came through for me. Kimona Pillay went out of her way to make sure that my query is resolved. She called Telkom and sorted all the mistakes they did out and on top of it she made sure that I get the extra money I was charged back. Today I have no complaint whatsoever regarding my contract, all because of her and her dedication.
