My phone just does not come on, I called Mondo help line to get assistance with the cellphone. I was assisted by Umishka Deonarain, as the lady was looking for my file the phone cut off. I decided that I will call tomorrow again. The following day she called me to get my e mail address so she can send me the details I require and where i should take my phone.
