Cellphone Application
This has to be my worst experience. I did an application for a cellphone on the 26 October 2023. Do date, I have not received outcomes of my application and my life is stand still. All I need is to know whether my application is APPREVED or NOT; surely this decision should not take over 4 weeks when all the required documents were submitted and my details are on ITC. I have in the past app**** for a house and it definitely did not take 4 week for just OUTCOMES of my application!
I have made numerous call to their contact number *** but just cannot solicit feedback and have even requested to sales person to keep me on the loop but all this in vain.
