I've had the worst experience with mondo mtn they really don't know who is the head or the tail of the company I've never seen poor service my query is been dragging almost a month and yet not even a single day that a manager yet a supervisor picked up a phone to call me after sending numerous emails u only b called by consultants who need to consult to rectify your queries and mind u its your airtime that u use to hold and not get any joy
