Cancellation request

Good day , I have been trying to cancel a membership with mondo since last week as one of your consultants called me on the 16 May offering a package of R99PM which includes 2gb whatsapp and twitter bundle, 500mb internet usage and a hauwei cellphone. Since last week friday i have been sending countless emails and tried calling however when i do reach a consultant they cut the call immediately.

I was informed that i could cancel this package within 7 working days as per the terms and conditions which still has not been sent through to me , Yet i am only receiving sms's informing me that the debit would go off at the end of the month, And that my package is ready for delivery. Yet no one can contact me back regarding my cancellation.

Please can someone cancel this with immediate effect before any debit goes off
