Cancellation of Mondo contract

I would like to rate five star to a agent named Lezain from Mondo (MTN). He helped me through the process of the cancellation of the contract and he was so helpful and patient. I was stressed that next month I'll be billed again cause I can't get hold of any agent to help me cancel but he came through and helped.
