Cancellation of contract

In June 2021, I took a cellphone contract from Mondo they delivered an incorrect handset, 3 days later I took it back to MTN store Mall @Carnival still sealed in the box they accepted it and gave me a reference number IRM: *** I then contacted Mondo to inform them that the handset was brought back, I spoke to Nontsikelelo Khwela she told me the contract will be cancelled she gave me REF: RCO 123599 till to date the contract hasn't been cancelled I called MTN and being taken back to Mondo, I'm really upset about this 4 months down the line they still haven't cancelled the contract
