Cancellation of Contract
Good Day,
I would like to cancel my current contract (That is pending) to open a new one in store. I can no longer wait for the phone I ordered as it has been more than a Month now and I am in need of a phone. Figured it is just best to check what I can get in-store. Is it possible to cancel my current MTN immediately, I would like to start a new one ASAP In-Store. Please have an MTN/Mondo agent call me to discuss further, however, if possible, please cancel it immediately and send me confirmation that it has been cancelled/terminated so that I can present that information when I start a new contract at a MTN branch.
Please have someone contact me urgently!
