Cancellation not done as per promised

Mondo mobile misled me to subscribe to mtn contract then later on I logged a contract which was deemed valid 2 months ago, they then promised to cancel the contract within 14 working days. It's now over 2 months the contract is still not cancelled and they are still debiting my account
