Cancellation Denied

Good Morning I took an additional contract on 23rd of September 2024, I did mention Craig the agent that sold me a contract that I cannot have fibre and home connect at the same time as I cannot afford to pay both, and it make no financial sense to have both at that same time. A recording was requested last week which I am still waiting for it, I was promised that the recording will be loaded in my profile then I can go to any Vodacom shop to listen to it. I was given reference RC*** as I have escalated this, during the conversion with the agent mention below: • I just upgraded my fibre • I cannot have Fibre and Home connect ( which clearly, he ignored ) • We went through all my contract and the monthly charge was R2 015.00 • I also mention to him, I was sceptical to taking thins contract as Vodacom did this to me more than twice, an agent will call but after taken a new contract what was said during the conversion charges are different hence, we went through all charges. Please cancel this home connect contract, I cannot afford it and it’s unnecessary for me as I have fibre contract already. I have been with Vodacom for years hence I currently have more that 2 contract which I pay without fail every month, I did not have a reason to cancel in 14 days only when I received my bill and saw that this was an additional charge which I clearly told him that I taking this home connect because it was cheaper.
