Cancellation delays

Have been trying to covert to prepaid for 3months. i have phone 6 times and always get told they will come back to me but never do. also wait so long to speak to an agent at my cost as it is not a toll free numer

This was finally resolved and i moved to Melon Mobile. Mondo never gave me the promised credit
