Cancelation of contract with Mondo and Vodacom

I'm Thembi Mkhumbane ID no: *** cell no: *** Ref no RCO-615706..My story goes like this I took a Vodacom Contract under Mondo and Vodacom which was a home ruiter ..they sent it to me in August 2024 and i received it then iphoned them immediately after receiving it enquiring about the ruiter asking if I'll be able to use it anywhere and they said no then I said then it is a wrong ruiter they made me took another contract with the promise that they will send courier to come and fetch this home ruiter and cancel the home ruiter contract and will deliver the small ruiter that I can use any where..they did send the small ruiter but never collected the small...they said it will be done in 7 days but never did ...I've been calling them with the promise verytime that they will fetch it after 7days but never since August 2024 till now February 2025.witj the promise that they will cancelmy contract and refund me my money of which they never did instead zhey keep deducting.....the last time I phoned they said they will do an investigation and promised to call me back off which they never did. Now when I called them they say they will never refund me and they will continue with the contract of which now I have 2 contract with them and I'm a single mother of 4 and unable to keep up with them. Please assist in canceling the home ruiter contract and want my refund.
