Cancelation of contract

In August 2015 I was assured by the consultant who assist me that a contract was cancelled. The 6th of October 2015 I realise that the contract was not cancelled. I phoned and was assisted by Shaista Hassim. She sorted everything out within 2 working days. I received an sms with a reference number and she even phoned me back to confirm that every thing was sorted out and arrange for the refund of amounts that was deducted since August.
