Call centre - Belima

Phoned the Mondo call centre to get clarity on the contract I had signed up. Berlima was the agent that assisted me.

She was very well mannered and friendly taking an interest in how my December was going.

She was also very knowledgeable following security protocols to ensure I was the owner of the phone and contract.

After clarifying what I needed to understand I feel a lot more at ease.

I am very happy with the Huawei Y3 LTE smart phone and the contract that I have signed up for even though I've had to change my number is well worth it.
