Buymondo MTN - rediculous service!

I have recently been contacted by Buymondo for a MTN contract. I app**** for the contract and it was approved, but when the time came for my cellphone to be sent to me, the courier company, DSV couriers, notified me that they cannot send me my package as the name on my contract states only 'Mon', instead of 'Mone Janika Marais', this doesn't make sense to me as I have provided them with my full name and have to give it to them every time I have to verify myself at Buymondo.

It has been more than a week now trying to cancel my contract with Buymondo, I have been phoning MTN, the couriers and Buymondo, every time I get told the same thing, I need to wait. I have sent emails as well, no reply.

I bet this is a **** and they are just playing for time to let the first debit order go off before I can cancel it at the bank. Just a friendly warning - rather don't give your banking details over the phone. This is what happens!
