Buy Mondo are ********. They want to force customers to accept their agreements by poor service.

<p>I was recently made an offer by Mond for a sim contract. After checking my finances I realised I cannot actually make the payments. The agreement was that I would have 7 working days to cancel the agreement. But now when I call their call center they dont pick up but strangely this happen just after some lady picked up and I told her that I want to cancel my agreement before the seven day agreement lapses. After I gave her my ID number she hanged up so now when I call they do not pick up the phone. I sent emails still no reply. </p>
