On 09/01/2023 I got a call from a sales representative who sold me an "add on".
I specifically asked him if this would impact on my my upgrade date and he told me this was just an add on and would not impact on my upgrade date. He ****. I was supposed to be able to upgrade on 18 May 2023 but can now only upgrade 17/09/2024.
I lodges a complaint with Mondo on 12 May 2023 and was then told that I accepted the T&C's - so my complaint is invalid.
Yes, I accepted it based on the understanding that it would not impact on my upgrade date - that is why I asked it. This is not on and I do not accept this treatment.
This is my daughter's phone and her phone is old with the battery not lasting long anymore. So why would I do just an data upgrade if I could do a proper upgrade with a new phone. If something happens and I can't reach her... That sales rep needs to be fired and MTN needs to part ways with you. #*****S
