BIG-UPS Boya Benyati!
After 2 years of seeking assistance on canceling my contract with Mondo (Telkom), Prince Ndlovu swiftly took away my nightmare within minutes. He is so kind, patient and polite. He is so trustworthy and everything call-back promised was kept. He took his time to help me so much so I even forgot I was in a bad space. I wish all call Centre agents were like Mr Ndlovu. Keep up the exceptional work Gatsheni! #WIN!
