Bhavisha Mondo Customer Care Superstar *****

I spoke to Bhavisha from Mondo Customer Care after not receiving any feedback from MTN for about a week regarding a new data contract application I had made. She patiently assisted me and above that tried to help me upgrade to a more suitable package than the one I had initially app**** for. She promised to call me to give me feedback regarding the progress of my new application and after a about 2 hours she was on the line with me with the information she had promised to give me. I am absolutely astounded by the excellent level of professionalism and customer service received from Bhavisha. Keep rocking!!!
