BEWARE!!! They ****, Lie and Mislead you into UNWANTED contracts!!!!

I was contacted by this company (seems they trade under 3 different names? Mondo Mobile, Buy Mondo, Rewards company), who claimed to represent Vodacom. I was lead to believe that they would upgrade my cell phone Data package from a 2GB to a 5GB at a very competitive price, which I accepted. What I actually got was a completely new data contract with a Wifi ****le, that I can not use on my cell phone, and which I have NO use for. I still have the ****le unopened and never used. They duped me into a worthless, new, 2 year contract. I called them and asked to complain and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to listen to the recording so I could show them that I was purposefully mislead, but they refuse to let me hear the recording, sending me on a wild goose chase with Vodacom Customer care. All while I continue to pay for something I never ever wanted. I don't mind paying but I want the data on my phone!!!! SHAME ON YOU MONDO!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!
