Best service received I was offered a rooter from one of the rewards section consultants and it so happened that I did not agree and was sent the device. I immediately phoned Vodacom and explained the situation to Kimona Pillay whom assisted me until the transaction was cancelled. She was fantastic and reminded me of the olden days where people would give 150% and go that extra mile to sort out your query. I commend you highly Kimona.
