Best service but one with no ease of access

The slowest customer service I have ever witnessed. I had to call 3 times everyday for 2 days without any answer. I was only assisted on the third day and the lady that helped me provided the best of service. You deserve a 5 star rating but your customer careline makes it hard for one to give that because it is barely reachable. I even tried to communicate via email but it still took a day for me to get a response and still my concern was not attended to. But thanks to Fikile all those are my past cries, I really appreciated the service.
