Mondo rep 1 contacted me for a upgrade but for a package that never excited but was adviced it was a promotion all went smooth till I noticed the package was incorrect. Following a call the next day I was assisted by Shante wow I work for bpo environment and the professionalism and manner in which she conducted herself is of a standard that is missing all boxes checked Empathy check, assertiveness check, product knowledge check. What ever you paying her should be increased as her skill sets are phenomenal. Please thank her also her parents because manners is so miss and this girl has it. She should be a coach teaching others on how to talk to a customer and handle a escalation.

She left such a good impression that what ever happened in the past is forgotten
