BERYL DID IT! GO MONDO!

Mondo contacted me and offered me a package deal that was just fantastic. But when they needed to supply me the device, their supplier had a delay in consignment. After battling for almost 3 months to get the devices delivered, their supplier then said they were not going to make more units available any longer, and Mondo still needed to send my device. I refused to allow my contract to be cancelled and my admin fee returned. Beryl went out of her way to make sure I got a device and my contract deal would remain in place. Just want to thank her for her excellent service as I wasn't the easiest person to deal with, and the fact that she remained calm, polite and helpful in the face of the storm. My device is already on its way! I am looking forward to a good business future with Mondo Mobile as I intend to streamline all my mobile contracts with them.
