being charged for an item that was never used from mondo /telkom

Purchased a router in september 2016, item was delivered late ,had already taken out a contract with telkom for the same item ,informed telkom about it and they said someone will collect the item ,now i get emails and phone calls from nudebt saying there is an amount outstanding ,this is the second time this is happening and nobody is seeing to the matter ,not mondo or telkom
