being blacklisted for an item that was supposed to be cancelled
Dear Sir/Madam
Please note that this matter was supposed to be resolved as all info was sent, the item in question was cancelled within the cooling off period ,proof was sent to mondo (Serusha Perumal )
The items are sealed ,unused and have been cancelled in time , mondo needs to reverse all charges ,please see attached for charges ,as debit orders were taken off and charges were made to the account
The amounts need to be credited to my account ,item needs to be collected as it is still sealed and my name be taken off the system at nudebt as I am not liable for any amount
Please see to this matter urgently as I have received an sms that I will be blacklisted
