Be careful buying a package through MTN Mondo rewards as they do not know how their own product works

I was contacted by Mondo rewards on behalf of MTN. The gent sold me a data only package. The only reason I took the package was because he told me that I could share the data between my two existing MTN packages. So the problem is two fold. Firstly they told me that I could RICA using the MTN app. The app is so BAD that my RICA kept failing. Today I finally managed to get to an MTN store and RICA the SIM and now when I tried to share the data between my two existing contracts I am told that my existing contracts are not eligible for datashare. Becareful. MTN Mondo Rewards do not understand the product they are selling and the buyer bears the brunt.
