On the 4/06/2021 i spoke to Bavisha from Mondo Customer Care. i had a query regarding an upgrade of one of my cell number (phone). Bavisha explained to me, in detail, what information i asked for, in user friendly terms, so i could understand. What a wonderful person.... she was so friendly, patient and kindly forwarded me on request, my contract documents to my email address. all the worries i had regarding my data bundles just disappeared after i spoke to her. she is definately an asset to your company.
