Balungile Bianca Qwabe from Mondo cleared up a query that I had With Vodacom within 1 hour. Vodacom promised results within 72 hours, 1 week later Balungile took approx. 1 hour to clear the query. Balungile showed great professionalism and knowledge. She is truly a star.
