Bad Services at All

I requested an iPhone 7 from Mondo Team with a contract from MTN they sended me the Phone wich I used for 7 days and returned it to store wich they took for warranty assessment and it passed then Mondo was supposed to send me back my Phone this is how it all went down with the Mondo Team emails.. On the 12 October I spoke to Lisa Marie via email.. 2..on the 27 October I spoke to Nkabinde via Email.. 3..on the 06 August I spoke to Lisa via email.. And still not useful after our Call conversation on Friday last week..
