Bad service!!!don't fall for it!!!!

Please assist I have opened an account with your company in January2018 and I received the goods but they were not what we had agreed on so you guys advised me to send them to the nearest MTN store which I did in Eastrand mall JHB now my issue is why is this thing dragging since then I've been calling you guys no one is helping me until today and last month you guys deducted money R738.00 from my acc for WHAT I can't be paying for goods I don't have to me thats *****ing my money you guys failed as your customer and your consultants are so clueless they put you on hold for a long time but you get no feedback the last person I spoke to was Rolen a guy he said he will call the eastrand mall store to do a follow up and when I went there he didn't call and the people from the store are so adamant that you guys should do the cancellation because if they do it themselves it would be early termination on their side with penalties so please sort this out its annoying and after reading your reviews they dont look good your customer service team is a disgrace to MTN.
