Bad service providers

I app**** for Huawei p40 lite on mondo Telkom in August paid admin fee till now no delivery arrangements I don't. Know what's going it has passed 7 to 14 days it's now 22 days waiting for delivery 💔😭😭 I don't know what's going on

Please note that delivery is done within 7-14 working days after the admin fee is deducted from your account.

Therefore, today is your 6th working day, after admin fee was deducted and you are within delivery period.

Kindly note that once the courier company receives your package, the courier team will be in contact with you in order to set an appointment for delivery.

6th day? While admin fee was deducted on the 1st of September I really don't understand how you count your days
