BAD SERVICE, INCONSISTENCY AND BROKEN PROMISES!!!!

I made an application on the 3rd of August with buy Mondo MTN and they told me my device will be delivered within 10 working days,Still no delivery,empty promises. Delivery takes 3 to 10 days Then Delivery takes 10 to 14 days Then NO DELIVERY NO ANSWERS. I have lost all hope.
